Electric hot food table with individual controls. Top to be constructed of one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel, with integral nosing on front. Top to have die-stamped 12” x 20” (30.5 cm x 50.8 cm) openings. Individual 6.25” (15.9 cm) deep wells with individual controls to be located below openings. Heating elements for each well rated at 1000 watts for 120V, 208V or 1200 watts for 230V. Controls to be mounted on the front edge of 8” (20.3 cm) wide 18-gauge stainless steel plate shelf. Unit to be provided with .5” (1.3 cm) thick composition cutting board. Lower portion of unit to be provided with 22-gauge stainless steel shelf. Legs are 1.625” (4.13 cm) diameter stainless steel tubing. Unit must be hard wired. Drain and manifold standard plumbed to gate valve.
