School Nutrition Services Does Not Make Refunds
The MyLunchMoney.com system is available for all Henrico County Public Schools for 2013-2014 school year. The use of this program allows parents to pre-pay and replenish a student’s meal account using their personal credit or debit card via a secure Internet site. www.MyLunchMoney.com School-Link Technologies, Inc. does charge parents a handling fee for each prepayment. Please call the Customer Support telephone number at: 1-800-479-3531 for more specific information regarding fees involved.
Our department does not refund money from a student’s meal account. Please keep that in mind when depositing money into an account and only put in what you want your child to use. Although refunds are not made, funds can be transferred to other meal accounts within Henrico County Schools. Please also note that there is a $50.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
SNS New Policy Change: ConnectED
Notification of Low Meal Account Balances School Nutrition Services long time policy is to serve our student and parent stakeholders in the best possible manner. We have now teamed up with Technology to use the HCPS ConnectED phone system. ConnectEd will send out telephone reminders to all parents of students whose cafeteria account is low (less than $4.50). This policy change will vastly improve our service to our customers and reduce the number of emergency meals that SNS provides due to negative funds to their account. Should you need more information please contact your Cafeteria Manager and they will be glad to answer any questions.

School Nutrition Services Does Not Make Refunds
The MyLunchMoney.com system is available for all Henrico County Public Schools for 2013-2014 school year. The use of this program allows parents to pre-pay and replenish a student’s meal account using their personal credit or debit card via a secure Internet site. www.MyLunchMoney.com School-Link Technologies, Inc. does charge parents a handling fee for each prepayment. Please call the Customer Support telephone number at: 1-800-479-3531 for more specific information regarding fees involved.
Our department does not refund money from a student’s meal account. Please keep that in mind when depositing money into an account and only put in what you want your child to use. Although refunds are not made, funds can be transferred to other meal accounts within Henrico County Schools. Please also note that there is a $50.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
SNS New Policy Change: ConnectED
Notification of Low Meal Account Balances School Nutrition Services long time policy is to serve our student and parent stakeholders in the best possible manner. We have now teamed up with Technology to use the HCPS ConnectED phone system. ConnectEd will send out telephone reminders to all parents of students whose cafeteria account is low (less than $4.50). This policy change will vastly improve our service to our customers and reduce the number of emergency meals that SNS provides due to negative funds to their account. Should you need more information please contact your Cafeteria Manager and they will be glad to answer any questions.
