EliTE Tray CarT appliCaTioN The Alluserv enclosed tray cart is ideal for any tray delivery operation. This unit is designed for easy maneuvering and cleaning making your operation as simple as possible.
CoNsTruCTioN The tray truck is 18-gauge stainless steel with welded and riveted construction to accommodate 14”x18” or 15”x20” trays. The top and base are 16-gauge stainless steel. The ray slides are also 16-gauge, supported by 14-gauge uprights. The tray slides are removable and adjustable with 5” ledge spacing. The doors are 18-gauge stainless steel with an insulated double pan design. Doors are mounted on stainless steel lift off hinges which allow a 270° door swing. The compartments have vents on the end and back panels and the floors have a perforated center drain. The exterior base has a full perimeter bumper. Casters, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes, have a 6” diameter and are 2” rounded with soft tread to ensure a smooth and quiet ride for carpet or tile.
