Ellet Community Learning Center Proposed Student Capacity:
1,050 High School 210 Career Tech Proposed Building Size: Approx. 240,000 sq. ft. (Includes Auditorium) Existing Building Size: 187,861 sq. ft. Program: Grades 9-12 Proposed Site: New Building to be constructed on existing site. Swing Space: Ellet students to remain in existing school during construction of the new Community Learning Center
Recent Activities Schematic Design Submission to the OFCC (Ohio Facilities Construction Commission), Construction Manager and JBR Building rendering development (building appearance) To date, over 50 meetings with school staff, administrators and curriculum Meetings with individual core curriculum groups to validate room layouts and amenities based on specific program needs, teaching methods, while allowing for future flexibility
Recent Activities Meetings with Curriculum staff to further validate program needs and refine standards Meetings with administrative staff and District departmental staff to review building operations and security Meetings with radio and TV stations to validate requirements Further development of site and floor plans in response to meeting discussions
