EMBRY-RIDDLE HIGH SCHOOL ELITE SOFTBALL CAMP Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 Embry-Riddle’s Turf Softball Field 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Cost: $100 ($75 if registered before Saturday)
Grades 9-12
**Registration Limited to 50 Participants** • Designed for the aspiring college player • Fundamentals will be covered in the session including hitting, fielding and pitching • Bring all equipment necessary for your position – you must wear turfs or tennis shoes, NO cleats • Emphasis on fun, healthy competition and fundamentals
About the Coaches Head Coach Kelsi Dunne, brings three years of NCAA I coaching experience in addition to her four years of NCAA I elite softball playing experience with the Alabama Crimson Tide, including three trips to the prestigious Women’s College World Series and one summer of professional softball experience to the field. Assistant Coach Monique White was a standout player at Florida International where she was a two-time Sun Belt All-Conference honoree. She led the Golden Panthers to a fourth place finish in the Sun Belt standings and was named the Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year in 2007. White played and coached internationally in the Netherlands and in Sweden. In August, White led her Söder team to a gold medal finish in Sweden. Other camp staff members will include current Eagles softball players. EMBRY-RIDDLE SOFTBALL CAMPS REGISTRATION FORM The Embry-Riddle High School Elite Softball Camp will be held at the Turf softball field on Embry-Riddle’s Daytona Beach campus. I acknowledge that the sport of softball is a rigorous physical activity, participation in which may result in physical injuries, harms, or damages. On behalf of myself and the participant, I acknowledge and agree that Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and others connected with the women’s softball camp are not liable for any cost or expense caused by any accident or injury sustained by the participant in any course of instruction, exercise, or other activity associated with the camp. In consideration of the participant’s participation in the softball camp, I agree to defend and indemnify Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and others connected with the softball camp against any and all claims and demands for any cost or expense arising from any accident or injury sustained by the participant in connection with the softball camp. Each participant must complete a medical form, which will be sent after deposit is received.
