I hereby grant permission for my son to attend the Berkshire Boys Basketball Clinic and to be treated by licensed physician or a member of the athletic training staff for any injury, accident, illness, or other mishap. I further agree to pay through my insurance company or otherwise for any medical treatment that may be necessary. I certify that my child is in good health and is able to participate in all clinic activities.

COACHING STAFF The 2016-2017 season was the 3rd of Kevin App’s tenure as Head Coach at Williams College, winning 53 games in that span. This past season, after a league campaign that saw Williams finish in the NESCAC Finals, App helped guide the Ephs to the 2017 DIII Final Four, the 8th Trip to the Final Four in program history.
CLINIC OVERVIEW Information and Registration Tuition - $250.00: A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve a participant’s place with the balance due at registration prior to the clinic. Please make checks payable to “Berkshire Boys Basketball Clinic.”
With Coach App as head coach, the Ephs have had 4 All-NESCAC performers, 2 All-Region honorees and 1 Academic All-American.
3-Day Option: For the June clinic, if your son
Prior to coming to Williams, App was an assistant at the United States Military Academy (4 seasons), where he helped the Black Knights post their first winning record in 28 years, and Cornell University (1 season), where he assisted his alma mater as they reached the Sweet 16, won the Ivy League Championship, and set a league record with 29 wins.

Multiple Session Discount: Attend both weeks, second week is $225.
Hours: Chandler Gym will be opened and supervised by 8:45 a.m. each day. Participants should be picked up no later than 3:00 PM. Closing ceremony will be held the last day @ 2:45 PM.
Lunch: Participants should bring their own lunch.
