Originally opened in 2006, Hyde Lounge Sunset was instantly dubbed “the most exclusive club in America,” by the Los Angeles Times. Following an extensive reimagination of the legendary space, Hyde Lounge’s new aesthetic is reminiscent of an ornate jewelry box, holding the treasures of Hollywood in its protective grasp. Inside, provocative leather scales rib in and out from the walls and ceiling, backlit by LED lights that create an alluring movement of shadows. The intrigue of the décor is heightened by a veil of metal rebar that forms a passageway that leads from the entrance and wraps around the columns of the interior. Adding to the allure, Chef Danny Elmaleh has created a menu of shared-plate cuisine designed to stimulate interaction while maintaining the energy of the room.
