Sat/Sun August 12-13, 2017 Bolinger Courts, Jamestown
Come join us for the Jamestown Tennis Classic! This tournament is a singles tournament for all adult players aged 18+ and at the intermediate to advanced level. Intent is to get as many ND High School coaches, former players and friends of tennis to compete in the tournament. Tourney format is FMLC, no seeds, and blind draw for bracket drawn on the morning of the tournament. This tournament will run concurrently with the Jamestown Youth Open. In the event of accident or injury or medical concern, the undersigned acknowledges that they are participating at their own risk and allows for the tournament to arrange for required treatment, if any, and that JTA is not offering any medical insurance understanding that the undersigned is responsible. The Undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges JTA and its successors, predecessors, assignees, heirs, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all actions, causes of action, liability, claims and demands upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury that may be sustained by the undersigned in connection with and in the course of participating in the Jamestown Tennis Classic on August 12 & 13, 2017.
