Episcopal Secretary Transition Training Transition Questions In consultation with the current Assistant to the Episcopal Office and the previous Assistant to the Episcopal Office who served 3 bishops and a clergy in the building who was transitioning out of the building to become a bishop:        

What voice do you listen to? Who has your ear? Describe the relationship between the bishop and the spouse? What is the budgetary process between GCFA and CFA? How can a bishop transition from say a church staff to one staff member? How does a new bishop handle having a limited budget? Who’s your boss? Are you a servant to all?
