Equipment Auction Terms & Conditions Terms of Sale -
Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours after completion of the auction to confirm payment. Equipment will not be released until payment is made in full. You will have to sign a copy of our sales agreement before the item will be released. BIDDERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR BIDS (Do not bid if you are unable to meet the terms of the auction.)
Equipment Loading & Shipping -
Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable.
Terms of Auction -

Sale is final at close of auction, you will be held responsible for your bid. Machine is sold as is where is. We do not guarantee any year model or hour meter reading of any item being sold. We do our best to describe each unit as accurate as possible. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and everything is sold “AS IS” with no guarantees. We do our best to accurately describe all of our products but make no representations. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
Terms of Payment -
Options: Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Cash, Major Credit/Debit Cards (add 3% to purchase prices for credit/debit payments). Instructions: We must receive payment within 7 days of the auction. Nolan Auction Services reserves the right to require payment by wire transfer or Cashier’s check. If payment is not received within 7 days, we have the right to deem the sale null and void and a non-paying bidder claim will be filed with the company in which the auction is being held.
