Customer agrees to the following: Purchasing all seats as indicated on this form for all of the 2016 Erie Otters Home Playoff games (minimum of two and a maximum of 16) at the Erie Insurance Arena. Customer will receive $1.00 off of the advanced price per ticket per game listed above. Customer agrees to provide a valid credit card or pay cash in advance of each game for all ticket purchases. Seats will not be held for individual game purchases if not purchased through this package. Payment Information Customer may pay by cash or credit card. First Two Guaranteed Home Games: Payment must be received at least three (3) days before the 1st scheduled game or as soon as the date is set if less than three (3) days away. All subsequent home games in any series will be processed as soon as the game is deemed necessary. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Will Call Window, at the Erie Otters Office, or emailed at home. A club level fee of $10 per ticket will be charged for all non PSL holders.
