EUROPEAN CADET CIRCUIT girl’s and boy’s epee VENUE: Centrum Rozwoju COM- COM ZONE Nowa Huta 6 Ptaszyckiego Street 31-979 Cracow TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: 27th January, 2018 (Saturday)- boy’s epee 6:00 a.m.- start of registration boy’s epee 8:00 a.m.- meeting of the referees 9:00 a.m.- eliminations 17:30 p.m.- official opening of the tournament 18:00 p.m.- finals (8) 28th January, 2018 (Sunday)- girl’s epee 6:30 a.m.- start of registration girl’s epee 8:00 a.m.- meeting of the referees 9:00 a.m.- eliminations 18:00 p.m.- finals (8) REGISTRATION: Inscriptions of fencers and referees must be undertaken by National Federations at EFC Website. COMPETITION FORMAT: - one round of pools (to 25% of fencers will be eliminated), - direct eliminations, - finals- 8 fencers.

1-4 fencers- no referee required, 5-9 fencers- 1 referee, 10- 15 fencers- 2 referees, 16-20 fencers- 3 referees. Fine 500 EURO for every referee not provided. All referees must be entered the same way as the fencers through EFC Website! One hour before start of competitions will be held a meeting of EFC Delegate with all referees. Participation of all referees at that meeting is mandatory! REGISTRATION FEE: 20 € or 85,00 PLN
EQUIPMENT: FIE standard equipment will be required (800N clothing, 1600N mask, 800N plastron, and FIE approved blades). Player name is not required on the back of the jacket. The equipment control (mask, glove, plastron, clothing) will be on: 26th January 2018 (Friday) 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. 27th January 2018 (Saturday) 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. 28th January 2018 (Sunday) 6:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.
