Rules and Regulations 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
A club may enter any number of swimmers in the individual events. A club may enter only one (1) team/per relay event in the Senior/Open Age category. A swimmer may only participate in one (1) age category. A swimmer may participate in an unlimited number of events. Heats will be swum in the morning and Finals in the evening for all events with the exception of: 16/17 yrs. : 400m, 800m, 1500m Freestyle and 400m IM - Timed Finals (morning) Senior/Open : Age 800m, 1500m Freestyle - Slow Heats (morning) and Fast Heat (evening) 6. Only the results of the top three (3) swimmers will be counted towards the final results. 7. The top three (3) swimmers in each of the age categories, male and female, will be awarded medals in the individual events. 8. The top three (3) relay teams, male and female, will be awarded medals in the relay events. 9. The top three (3) clubs in each age group, male and female separately, will be awarded a trophy according to the results of the medal table. 10. An overall trophy will be awarded to the best club, male and female combined, according to the results of the medal table.

Age Group may participate in the Senior Age Group category.

Rules and Regulations 1. A swimmer must swim according to their age category unless prior permission has been granted to an individual in the 16/17 yrs. age category to join the senior category. 2. After the first swimmer in the 16/17 and senior distance categories has finished, the remaining entrants will be allowed 4 minutes/km to complete the course. After such time, the remaining swimmers will be disqualified from the race. 3. Completion time for the 12/13 yrs., 14/15 yrs. and all Master’s categories is open ended. 4. The top three (3) swimmers in each of the age/distance categories, male and female, will be awarded medals. 5. The top four (4) swimmers results will appear with the final results.
