ORDINANCE NO.
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CHAPIN PUMP STATION NO. 30, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 526 SQUARE FEET, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF STONEY POINTE AT BEAR CREEK – SECTIONS ONE AND TWO, LEXINGTON COUNTY TMS #01134-01-044 BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Chapin, South Carolina, this 17th day of October, 2017, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Quit Claim Deed and any closing documents necessary to effect the conveyance of a 526 square feet portion of land as shown on a plat of Stoney Pointe at Bear Creek – Sections One and Two, prepared for Five Star Development, LLC, dated July 6, 1998, later revised June 1, 1999, and recorded on June 11, 1999 in Cabinet A, Plat Book 487 at page 3. This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Town of Chapin by Five Star Development Corporation. LLC by way of General Warranty Deed, recorded June 30, 1999 in the Office of Register of Deeds for Lexington County, South Carolina in Deed Book 5326 at page 102, Lexington County TMS #01134-01-044 as shown on the attached plat, to Stoney Pointe Homeowner’ Association, Inc. for the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) and other valuable consideration.
