Special Conditions: a. All local riders must provide a phone number or email for a fence judge. This is a condition of entry. b. Dogs must be on leads at all times. Disqualification of rider if this is ignored. c. All classes are open to horses and ponies as per ESNZ rules. d. Amateur Class 1. Age - from the first day of the season which you reach 22 years (from 1st August) 2. May NOT have been part of Senior Representative team (Trans Tasman, WEG, Olympics) 3. May NOT have gained a MER at CNC 3* in previous 5 seasons or CNC 2* in previous 3 seasons. e. Payment to be made to a/c no. 03 1355 0726921 00. Name and class no. as reference. You will not be put into the draw unless full payment is made by closing date of entries. f. Draw will be emailed by Equestrian Entries by Thursday 31st March. g. Competitors must comply with requirements of Article 634 Medical Information and provide telephone number of accompanying person/next of kin for event to the Event Secretary, either by having entered it on your Equestrian Entries profile or notifying the office when picking up back numbers. h. Hot/cold food will be available. i. A skip by the kitchen is provided for rubbish, please use this NOT the manure bins. j. Classes may be combined if there are insufficient entries – article 611. k. Prize money may be substituted with sponsors product to the same value. l. Scratchings and requests for refunds as per Article 646 Rules for Eventing. m. Changing class after the draw an extra $10 Admin fee. n. Prizegiving – all classes can collect their prizes 30 minutes after final result posted. o. Official photographers only. p.
