Events at Brookside Gardens Rates and Rental Information Effective for events starting July 1, 2016 Brookside Gardens is one of four Montgomery Parks’ event centers. The 50-acre enclave in the heart of Montgomery County offers stunning formal and informal gardens as the background for your special event. Chose from eight unique outdoor garden event sites, offering your guests everything from formal hedgerows, to rustic gazebos, to views over the koi pond, to bright and modern sculpture—there is truly something for every event style. Have your cocktail hour by the modern water feature on the South Terrace, and then enjoy a seated banquet with dancing for up to 110 guests in our Auditorium. As you plan your wedding, memorial service, or corporate retreat, let Brookside be a part of your unforgettable moments.

Event Packages and Features The 7-Hour Event Package is our most popular, and includes:  Auditorium (up to 110-guests for seated banquet with dance floor) with 90-degree curved window panorama of the gardens, Warming Kitchen for your caterer of choice  Adult Classroom, for event preparations or Green Room  Atrium, with 20’ skylight, and stacked stone wall, for cocktail hour or display  Use of all tables and chairs (see Equipment List)  One-Hour Seated Garden Event in the garden of your choice (see Gardens) including use and set-up of chairs (see Equipment List)

Rental Rates: Brookside Gardens and Visitor Center Montgomery County residents qualify for the lower rate. 40% initial payment due at contract signing; balance due 30 days prior to event.
