Globe Recognition, Random House of Canada and Mongrel Media present an evening with acclaimed author Salman Rushdie and Academy Award® nominated director Deepa Mehta. This magical evening will feature an onstage discussion and Q&A moderated by Globe Editorin-Chief John Stackhouse, followed by a screening of the epic film Midnight’s Children, based on Rushdie’s Booker Prize-winning novel, in theatres November 2nd. A portion of the proceeds will support PEN Canada.
