Buying Guidelines 1. This is a one day only PRIORITY ACCESS SALES EVENT, deals will be signed at the event 2. We are not accepting worksheets prior to this event, units are first come first served 3. Ensure your clients have cheques, government issued ID and social insurance number 4. Units will not be permitted to be assigned during the 10 day rescission period 5. Acceptable mortgage approval or confirmation of funds required during 10 day recission period for deal to firm 6. We are not releasing our Penthouse units at this time however we are taking penthouse inquiries and priority waiting list for a future release.
