Executive Board Executive Director: Requirements for Position:  Elected to position by members of Exe BOD, BOD, and Coordinators. (If position becomes vacant, the Executive BOD may appoint a replacement on temp status until an election can be held, or the end of current term.)  2-year term. Can serve multiple terms  Election for Executive Director will be held on even numbered years, during the first board meeting following the conclusion of the regular spring season. (This will typically be the 2nd Friday of June.)  Have or has coaching experience or member of BOD and/or at least 1-year experience with FCB  Has current referee certificate or knowledge/experience preferred  Degree in related business field, and or real-world knowledge of administration of medium to large organization/BOD. (experience can substitute for degree)  Should have knowledge of soccer policies, club structure & administrative tasks.  Should coach/asst. coach no more than 1 team while serving as Executive Director  Computer and/or laptop is recommended  Background Check with profile picture on FCB registration site Reports to/ Replaced by:  Reports to Exe BOD.  Replaced by Exec. BOD member on temp status until BOD finds replacement or confirms member. (Executive Director either on temp status or confirmed status serves remainder of term until election. Or until election can be held depending on Bylaws).  Trains and educates BOD member to assume job should it be required due to death, disability or removal. General Roles, Duties & Responsibilities:  Works with Staff and BOD to pursue the club’s mission  Responsible for overall club administrative duties (staff duties / items not game day related)  Facilitates regular BOD meetings during the year for the continued completion of FCB goals.  Has full voting rights in Regular Board meetings  During Executive Board meetings, only casts votes to break ties, or necessary to meet quorum minimum  Provides under the guidance of the BOD, written evaluations of all FCB Staff each year/ season.  Actively finds qualified volunteers.  Ensures Club policies are being implemented/fulfilled

Oversees the day to day running of the club administrative duties including but not limited to: o Uniform and Picture oversight o Staff positions non-game day related/all staff positions Develops and implements marketing strategies in conjunction with Director of Communication, Public Information Officer and or related committee. Chair Risk Management Committee Club risk management oversight in coordination with the Risk Management Committee Ensures the soccer and business side are working cohesively Performs all other duties required by President/BOD as needed. Respond to emails and/or phone calls/text within 24 hours Should serve on at least three Committees (either standing or dynamic)

Game Day & Addition Duties/Wants:  Handles questions on fees, risk management, uniforms & pictures under guidance of appropriate committee.  Have copies of all related Risk Management documents per bylaws & policies of FCB, USSF & USCS.  Ensures game day related staffs are present and scheduled (E.g. Referee Coordinator, Field Coordinator, and Director of Communication etc.) under the guidance of the VP and or related committee.  As top Risk Management official; ensures policies, guidelines & league members are using and enforcing. (Examples: Lightning, Concussion, and Equipment policies/guidelines - which are written/produced by Exec. Dir./BOD.)  Present at least half of all game days in conjunction with VP to maintain full coverage  Collects and handles all incident reports to ensure accuracy & submission to appropriate committees, President or BOD as needed  Must be present at End of Season Celebration.
