Learn to assess the impact of current and emerging technologies on your organization via hands-on demos, expert discussions, site visits and competitions.

Develop core strategic thinking skills and a disciplined approach to creativity through digital courses and experiential learning. Learn to identify and solve the problems that matter most.

Enhance your ability to lead others and drive performance transformations via realworld fieldwork, peerto-peer counseling, and one-on-one coaching.

Personal leadership Develop a learning mindset and build the personal self-mastery and leadership capability to energize and motivate others in performance transformation. Create an individual development plan informed by self-assessments, coaching, mini boards, and digital courses.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE • Leading, or groomed to lead a business unit, functional area, or regional operating unit (currently N-1 or N-2)

• Years of experience: 10-15 years • Jointly nominated by CST and client senior teams • Ideally 2-3 participants per client/organization • Cohort limited to 50 participants

PROGRAM STRUCTURE The overall program duration is three months • It kicks off with a two-day in-person event (February 7-8, in Dubai) featuring interactive sessions with global business and thought leaders, as well as small group sessions with executive coaches

• Following the kickoff, participants are expected to: —— Enroll in a digital course, Strategic Thinking, with an approximate time commitment of 1 hour per week —— Conduct fieldwork to enhance or shape their organization’s strategy by studying how their products/services can be more customer-centric —— Engage in monthly mini-board peer coaching sessions with an guest speakers —— Attend two webinars led by guest speakers and/or faculty of leading business schools • The program closes with a two-day capstone event (May 9-10 in Dubai), again featuring sessions with global business and thought leaders, as well as small group sessions with executive coaches

PARTICIPANT TIME COMMITMENT • In addition to the two in-person forums, participants are expected to dedicate no more than 3-5 hours hours per week for fieldwork, digital courses, group discussions.
