To be compliant with Massachusetts Data Breach Law, we can no longer accept credit card information by fax or email. To pay by credit card, please register online at www.ecne.org. If you need assistance with online registration, please contact ECNE. The Conference Registration Desk opens at 9:00 AM for Exhibitors and Exhibitor Guests. Pick up your conference materials and name badge at the registration desk after 9:00 am. Your name badge is required for entry into exhibit hall and for meals. Two beverage tickets for Thursday evening’s reception are included in the registration fee. Exhibit set up is on Thursday from 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Utility attendees will break for lunch in the Exhibit Hall from 11:45am until 1:30 pm. At 1:30 pm the utility conference sessions will resume until 4:20 pm. At 4:20 pm the reception begins in the exhibit hall. Tear down immediately follows the end of the reception at 6:00 pm. A block of rooms is available at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Call (888) 627-7115 and state that you are with the Energy Council to access our room block and to receive a rate of $229 per night, plus tax. Lodging fees are not included in the registration fee and are payable directly to the hotel upon check out. Rooms rates are subject to availability. Book your rooms ASAP.
