Exact exhibit hours and set-up information will be listed on the official conference program. To assist with networking the continental breakfast and refreshment breaks will be served in the Exhibit Area adjacent (but separate) to the pharmacist’s educational sessions. Exhibitors will be mailed a meeting brochure and confirmation prior to the meeting. We hope to have over 125 attendees at the event; you don’t want to miss this opportunity to network with key decision makers! Exhibiting opportunity: -

Premier Exhibit Space: $1,500 with one 6’ table, two chairs, premium placement in the exhibit area, two tickets to meet with pharmacy practice and thought leaders from throughout Kentucky on Thursday, May 11th from 5:00-6:30 pm, and early exhibit set-up immediately following from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Standard Exhibit Space: $1,000 with one 6’ table, two chairs and includes set-up on Friday, May 12th from 6:00-7:00 am.

To reserve your booth complete the enclosed registration form and return by email, mail or fax. Forms must be returned to reserve space. RULES GOVERNING EXHIBITS Set-Up Hours: Premier exhibitors may set up at 6:30 pm on Thursday, May 11th. Standard exhibitors may set up their exhibits from 6:00-7:00 am on Friday, May 12, 2017. All materials must be removed Friday, May 12th by 5:30 p.m. Description of Exhibits: Premier - $1,500 Includes one 6’ table, two chairs and two tickets to meet with pharmacy thought leaders on the evening of Thursday, May 11th. Standard - $1,000 exhibit spaces will include one 6’ table with two chairs. Please see tentative schedule of events for exact exhibit times. Arrangements for Special Equipment: Electrical outlets are available throughout the exhibit area. We encourage exhibitors to bring extension cords for use with their booths. Any other requirements such as special electrical or shipping requirements must be handled directly with the Louisville Marriott East.
