EXHIBIT HOURS: Exhibit booths must be staffed during exhibit hours* • Set-up time: Wednesday, 7 am - 8 am (Tuesday evening access possible) • Exhibit hours: Wednesday, 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday 8 am - 4 pm • Teardown time: Thursday, 4 pm onwards *Missouri REALTORS® reserves the right to alter the time to agree with changes in schedules.
EXHIBITOR SOLICITATION: Advertising, soliciting, or material distribution will only be permitted within booth space reserved. Only organizations renting booths may distribute literature. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be done in writing (includes email). For cancellations 1 month prior to the Conference, a refund less $100.00 will be granted.
