Automatically activate litigation holds on data stored in Office 365 for Exchange mailboxes, Skype® for Business Chats, Sharepoint® and OneDrive® when holds are issued in Exterro without having to involve IT or even login to Office 365, eliminating unnecessary communication and handoffs between various individuals and departments in your organization, all while maintaining a detailed, defensible audit log of all the actions taken. Data under hold can also be automatically released when a hold or matter concludes.
