In-Place Data Preservation
Early Case Assessment and Collection
Automatically activate litigation holds on data stored in Office 365 for Exchange mailboxes, Skype® for Business Chats, Sharepoint® and OneDrive® when holds are issued in Exterro without having to involve IT or even login to Office 365, eliminating unnecessary communication and handoffs between various individuals and departments in your organization, all while maintaining a detailed, defensible audit log of all the actions taken. Data under hold can also be automatically released when a hold or matter concludes.
Exterro E-Discovery Data Management has fully integrated connectors allowing Early Case Assessment (ECA) and Collection of data from the major Office 365 products—Exchange, Skype for Business Chats, Sharepoint and OneDrive. Exterro’s unique technology fully integrates the entire e-discovery lifecycle, from matter initiation and legal hold notification and in-place production through ECA, Collection, Processing, Analysis, Review and ultimately production. Furthermore, with Exterro’s unique “collapsed” approach to the EDRM, in which processing can occur prior to collection, users can assess data from all data sources, including Office 365, without collecting and storing any native files. This enables the earliest and most effective approach to preparing for Meet & Confers and other early stage strategic data inquiries. Once users move to collection, Exterro’s fully integrated platform enables you to move through the process without time-consuming and error-prone handoffs.
Email and Calendar Integrations Exterro Project Management (EPM) users can leverage the integration with Office 365 in a number of ways. Project requests and approvals can be done via email, without ever having to log in to EPM. Furthermore, Office 365 calendars can be utilized to track project activity and task dates, automatically reminding stakeholders of upcoming milestones.
