1. Sew fabric D vertical borders to both sides of fabric A center panel. Sew fabric D horizontal borders to the top and bottom of fabric A center panel.

7. Center and sew the fabric G 79-1/4” borders to both sides of the quilt center with an equal amount of border fabric overlapping at each end. Center and sew the 70-1/4” fabric I borders to the top and bottom of the quilt with equal amounts of border overlapping at each end. Miter the corners and trim away excess fabric. 8. Center and sew the fabric H 89-1/4” borders to both sides of the quilt center with an equal amount of border fabric overlapping at each end. Center and sew the 80-1/4” fabric I borders to the top and bottom of the quilt with equal amounts of border overlapping at each end. Miter the corners and trim away excess fabric. 9. Sew the fabric B vertical borders to both sides of the quilt top. Sew the fabric B horizontal borders to the top and bottom of the quilt top.
Finishing
10. Layer the quilt top, batting and backing. Baste, then quilt the layers together. 11. Fold the binding strips over lengthwise and press the fold line. Line up raw edges of binding with raw edges of quilt top and sew in place. Turn binding to back of quilt and stitch in place.
