FACT SHEET: PECO Multicultural Series The annual PECO Multicultural Series has celebrated Philadelphia’s diverse cultures for over 20 years. All events are FREE, family friendly, and open to the public. Every multicultural event occurs at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing, located at 101 S. Columbus Blvd. at Chestnut Street. Penn’s Landing has convenient adjacent parking lots, and can be easily accessed by public transit. Please note that contact information for the individual multicultural festivals is for press only.
