Fall 2017 Evaluation Schedule Saturday, August 12 Evaluations for players aged 5-18 will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017. Refer to the table below to determine time & location for your player’s evaluation. In the event of inclement weather on your evaluation date, evaluations will be rescheduled. Please check the website or Twitter feed for more information. If it is necessary to cancel on your evaluation date, the rain date times and locations will be posted on the website and Twitter feed. Check-in time is 15 minutes before time listed below. Please come only at your assigned time. If you cannot, please email your league coordinator ASAP. Check-in locations: for Mustang, Bronco, and Pony, at the Upper concession stand at Harrison Park; for Shetland and Pinto, the concession stand at Sweat Mountain Park. Colt players may check in at their field. Players should be dressed to play baseball with a hat & glove.
