FALL ARENA PROGRAMS Intro to Bantams [Body Angling/ Checking Clinic] 3 on 3 Overspeed Hockey Edges Clinic
Pre-Season Hockey Clinic
This program is designed to prepare participants for the physical demands of U14 hockey and bring them up to speed with Checking and Angling techniques.
Small area hockey games are the best for developing agility and skill. Join us for cross-ice fun that is light on instruction and heavy on fun!
This clinic focuses on developing better inside and outside edges. Skaters will be focusing on getting the most out of their turns and edges through progressively more difficult exercises.
