Fall Dance Clinic 2016 Kindergarten – 8th Grade
T-SHIRT DESIGN:
When: Clinic – Thursday, August 18th, 2016 (6:00-8:00 p.m.) Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and “day of” registration. Participants will learn routine, basic dance skills, and play games. We also recommend that parents return at 7:45 to receive additional information and see what your child has learned. Performance – Friday, August 19th 2016 LWE Stadium between the Freshman and Sophomore Scrimmage Games (apx. 5:50) - Girls will perform with members of our teams (More details will be given at clinic) Where: Clinic – 08/18/16 Cafeteria at Lincoln-Way East (enter through the fieldhouse and look for signs) Performance – 08/19/16 LWE Stadium at Lincoln-Way East High School - Game Starts at 5:00 p.m., Performance is at approximately 5:50, Girls should report to the LWE Athletic Field House at 5:15. Attire: Clinic – Comfortable clothing & athletic shoes Performance – LWE Poms Camp T-shirt, black pants/capris, athletic or dance shoes. $30 – Includes 2 hour clinic, games, & LWE Poms T-Shirt. Please detach this portion and return with payment to the LWE ATHLETICS OFFICE by August 5th to: Lincoln-Way East High School Attn.: Kristina Olsen/Karisa Casey 201 Colorado Ave. Frankfort, IL 60423 I consent to the enrollment of ________________________in the Lincoln-Way East Poms Clinic and agree that Lincoln-Way High School shall not be responsible in case of sickness or injury of my child while in attendance of the facility or in transit to and from the facility. I agree to pay all fees and carry out policies of the program.
