Sunday Night Youth Sunday Night Youth is the heartbeat for the youth ministry. This is a time to connect relationally and spiritually. We eat, play, and worship every week. Our goal is to equip students to have a thriving relationship with Christ.
Fall Semester Events 2017 Sign Up To bring snacks!
Dropoff: 5:00 Pickup: 6:30
Small Groups Small groups meet on Wednesday nights. The groups are split up by age so they can hit age appropriate topics and go deeper than the large group on Sunday nights.
High School @ FCC Middle School @ The Sealey’s
Dropoff: 6:00 Pickup: 7:30
Lock Out Sept. 8-9 Friday night youth will meet at FCC and embark on an evening of fun and adventure. We will literally be locked out of the church until the wee hours of the morning. I am currently booking different venues to host us throughout the night. Youth can expect movies, bowling, dodgeball, and more. Once everything is final I will send out a detailed schedule and price. Cost will not exceed $40.
Stay tuned for online sign-up. Operation Backyard Oct. 7 Operation Backyard is a local nonprofit ministry that pairs churches with houses in need, in the greater Knoxville area. We are excited to be partnering with
Camp Out Oct. 21-22 This year, the youth’s annual campout will be at GeeCreek on the shores of the Hiawassee River. We will tent camp at a large group site. In addition to camping, students will have the opportunity to rock climb and rappel on a real rock face. Price and details to come. Progressive Dinner This December we will carry on the tradition of a youth progressive dinner/white elephant exchange. Last year each location was maxed out on space. To alleviate that problem we will have a separate middle/high school dinner. If you are interested in hosting one of the groups for a portion of the meal,
