As a FASTRAK Coach, You’ll be helping, directing and guiding your player to to develop their skill sets, so they can play their best game and move strongly toward their goals.
As the coach, you will hold your players accountable (they signed the Manifest requesting this) so they don't lose sight of their goals and the steps they need to take daily and weekly to achieve them. YOU choose the times you will set aside to be available for your players. They choose one of the times you set and that will be the same time each day or evening. If it is evening, then they report to you’re their activities and results for that day. If it is morning, they report the previous days info. We each keep a score card that will be totaled at the end of each week to check your progress and see who is the winning team that week. Twice a month, every other week, we will have a FASTRAK call to recognize and award winners and to hear a special speaker share helpful business building tips My Purium Goals • immediate • mid-range • long-term • get a special gift for my awesome coach!
