Clearwater Beach to TIA Express • Urban Corridor Funds Request • Applied in early 2014 for FY16 start • Asked for $2.1M annually • Received $980k over 3 years in Service Development beginning in FY16 • No planned PSTA match: $5.3M short over first 3 years

Recommendation • Approve the transfer of $980,000 over 3 Years in FDOT Service Development Grant Funding requiring a 50% match to the funded FY2017 Service Enhancements so the funds are not lost to PSTA. • Dedicate any offset local revenue savings this grant allows to the PSTA Capital Program for replacement buses.
