Always use a metal measuring tape; cloth tape may stretch A paper to write all measurements ; it is recommended to use our template on the brochure Measure up to 1/16” for precise fitting Be sure to measure twice to ensure the accuracy

Measure inside of window opening in 3 places; use exact measurement; do not make any deductions Inside Mount Shutter will fit inside a window opening; Outside Mount Shutter will sit on the outside of window opening;

Measure diagonally to confirm window is square. If the difference between 2 diagonals is greater than 1/4”, use outside mount frames only.
