The Paint Impact Gold is the most advanced, ready to use, line marking paint formulation and raises the standard of sports pitch line marking. No mixing, measuring or dilution of the paint is required.
The Impact iGO machine provides a high-pressure delivery of Impact Gold paint to the target surface to produce consistent, bright lines every time. Sophisticated in design, yet simple to operate, it is straightforward to maintain and has many advanced features such as a high pressure pump, pre-drilled disc spacers and removable paint pod. The battery can be easily removed and charged away from the machine if required. The iGO is a dual-purpose spray machine. It can be used to apply readyto-use Impact Gold paint direct from its container. It can also be quickly converted into a dilutable spraying machine. A special pod has been designed that simply drops onto the existing tray. The probe then quickly screws into the pod and all the paint is then ready for spraying. The Impact iGO can hold two, 10 litre ‘bag-in-the-box’ cartons. This could allow the operator to over-mark up to 20 standard sized pitches without returning to a central base. In the case of a conventional machine applying dilutable paints, the operator would have to return 10 times for refilling and mixing and would have to have an available water supply to hand.
Water is an increasingly precious commodity. Unlike dilutable paints, the outstanding benefit of using Impact Gold is that no water is required for mixing as the paint is applied directly from the container. Impact Gold is a highly micronized formulation of titanium dioxide combined with special binders, providing unequalled coverage of the target surface, allowing the operator to over-mark a standard size football pitch from as little as 1 litre of paint. The fine atomization of the spray droplets ensures the paint adheres strongly to both sides of the leaf blade. Special pigmentation attributes provide a bright, white reflective surface increasing in visual intensity as the paint dries to give an exceptional line. In addition the formulation offers a high level of rain fastness that is durable under a wide range of climatic and ground conditions.
The Nozzle A specially engineered nozzle has been developed to match the desired atomization characteristics of the Impact Gold paint. This integration of paint formulation with nozzle design and performance is a major advance in line marking application.

Packaging The Impact Standard paint comes in a 10 litre “bag-in-the box” container, with the cardboard outer carton being totally recyclable and the inner plastic bag can be disposed of with standard refuse.
