Producer only - 100,000 points • Medicare Supplements .30 of premium
• LTC Hybrid .10 for each $1 of premium
• Annuities .07 for each $1 of premium • Life and LTC Credit is 1 Point for each dollar of commissionable premium
Agency 5 times the Producer Level - 500,000 points Paid business from any combination of the qualifying products (Annuities, Life, LTC, Major Medical and Medicare Supplement) will be counted. Please note, cancelled, closed-out, declined, lapsed and rescinded policies will not apply. Therefore, the figures listed above are preliminary and subject to change. Though invitations are based on production for a given period of time, production is not the sole criteria.
