North Leominster Little League Board of Directors Meeting Our Lady of the Lake February 8th, 2017 Board Members in attendance: Steve Simons, Rob Carlin, Jeff Connors, Mike Chatalian, Ralph Bustin, Matt Monahan, Mike Leblanc, and Zach Thompson. Absent Board Members: Dan Corbin, Jim Ethier, Wendy Chartrand, Chad Garner, and Mary Garner Meeting comes to order 7:10pm President’s Report: Steve had the following items to report: Minutes voted on and approved for prior month (vote later in meeting) On line Registration update o 38 reg online, 20 offline o similar to last year’s o Registration on 23rd and 24th 6-8pm at Dick’s Sporting Goods o E-mails planned for 2/18, 3/4, 3/7 o Reg also available at tryouts Mini-Reg at Dick’s? o 3/19 shop day o Dan will check with Matt to see if needed Tryouts set March 11 o 9:00-2:00 o board members 8:30 setup Field Maintenance Prospects Presidents mtg Feb 27 Challenger League o 2 hours Sunday afternoon for practice and game o 2 teams/sponsors o Chris? o Ralph asked about timeline which is May-June (6 weeks) • Photographer o Steve expressed desire to keep local o Rob agreed to do once he arrived • Uniforms o need for Majors or Minors? o should they be reusable or should players keep? o Jeff will get prices and report • Pancake Breakfast o 8:30-11:00 o Fliers • Flags o 2 new flags needed: USA and Little League
