MISSION
TAKE ACTION
Feed My Starving Children is dedicated to providing nourishing food to starving children throughout the world and to providing volunteer opportunities for children, youth and adults. By providing nutritious life-sustaining food they give thousands of children an opportunity to live more meaningful lives.
1. Pack food at FMSC The time commitment for packing food is about a 2 hour shift at the Chanhassen facility. Sign up with PLC group or online at www.fmsc.org.
SERVING OPPORTUNITIES Volunteers work in teams at the FMSC facility in Chanhassen (on Dell Road & Hwy 5) to measure, weigh and pack food ingredients into plastic bags. It’s a fun time of working together to make a difference! The person best suited for this ministry has a heart for feeding hungry children AND a desire to help people find ways to participate in hands-on serving.
2. Donate financially a. Invest $50 for one box of food (216 meals) b. Donate $80 and a child will eat for an entire year. c. Give $10 for a family of 4 for a week Give online at www.fmsc.org to help fight hunger. Feel free to contact Dan Battcher for more information.
