DR. SUE’S 21-DAY WHOLE LIFE CLEANSE BODY~MIND~MEMORY

For Days 1-10 (Use organic produce if possible) SP Complete Shake 2 to 3 times per day by blending n 2 scoops SP Complete n 1 T Whole Food Fiber n 1-2 cups liquid – purified or spring water, organic unsweetened juice (pear, cranberry, apricot or pineapple) or unsweetened coconut, hemp, almond or rice milk n 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit (pineapple, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, banana, cherry, papaya, apple, orange, pear, apricot) n 1 T high quality flax oil optional Fresh or lightly steamed vegetables n NO corn or potatoes n NO canned or frozen vegetables Fresh fruit, unlimited – NO canned fruit

Salads n NO iceberg lettuce – use a variety of greens n Add optional veggies – radishes, mushrooms, carrots, red or green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas, cucumbers, red beets n Make dressing by mashing up avocado and mixing with lemon or lime juice and olive oil Water - 1oz per pound of body weight n Carbon-filtered or n Reverse osmosis or n Spring Herbal tea – NO caffeine SP Cleanse n Breakfast – take 7 n Lunch – take 7 n Dinner – take 7

For Days 11-21

n Diet – Continue as outlined in Days 1-10; add lean protein if needed n Exercise at least 30 minutes per day – walking, swimming, yoga, biking, etc. n Sleep – 8 or more hours per day n SP Green Food – Take 5 twice a day

n Supplements – Stop supplements with the exception of those indicated by the doctor. n Prescription medicines – Continue n Non-prescription medicines – Review with the doctor n Expect your bowels to move more frequently during the cleanse. Itchy skin, general aches and headaches may also occur as your body cleanses and detoxifies.
