FEES AND CHARGES AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 4000
A Bylaw to amend "Fees and Charges Bylaw, 2006, No. 3540" related to Coach Houses. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Fees and Charges Bylaw, 2015, No. 3892, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 4000".
Administration 2.
That Schedule “D” Development Application Fees & Charges, Table 1 Application Fees: Single Residential, Duplex and Agricultural Zones be amended to add a new column, Coach House DP as follows: Coach House DP Minimum fee
