Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of CAD $750.00 per person is required immediately to confirm your interest. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure, January 3 , 2018. Payment may be made by cheque or money order, payable to Merit Group Travel, or by MasterCard or Visa. Pricing: Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, per person, based on double occupancy. Prices are subject to change without notice due to increases in government and airport authority imposed taxes and fees, and/or applicable fuel and currency surcharges. Transportation: International group airfare will be offered if required. If there are more than 10 passengers we may be able to secure a group air fare . Please indicate your gateway and if you would like to be considered in the group fare quote for the flights. All internal transportation is included. Documentation: A valid Passport is required for travel to your destination and must be valid for at least six months beyond intended stay. Travel Protection Plan: Travel insurance protection is strongly recommended for this tour. Please do not hesitate to contact our office for further details prior to booking. Cancellations and Refunds: While Merit Group Travel will do its utmost to minimize any penalties charged, there will be some irrecoverable costs associated with your program.
