FILL YOUR PROGRAM “HAIL MARY” LIST   Hail  Mary  (noun):  a  long  forward  pass  in  football  thrown  into  or  near  the  end  zone  in  a  last-­ ditch  attempt  to  score  as  time  runs  out.    

You  have  a  group  starting  in  a  week?  Here’s  how  to  get  high-­quality   participants:     1.   Trade  a  spot  in  your  group  for  something  you  need  (easy  to  offer  as  a  trade  because  it’s   leveraged).   2.   Bring  in  folks  who  work  on  your  team  (or  may  in  the  future)  so  they  get  to  know  your  work.     3.   Contact  current  and  past  clients  and  offer  them  a  spot  at  full  price  or  a  discount  based   upon  the  investment  they  made  with  you  in  the  past.       4.   Offer  your  program  as  a  bonus  added  on  to  other  work  you  are  doing  with  clients.   5.   Send  personal  emails  to  folks  you  haven’t  talked  to  recently  letting  them  know,  “Here’s   what  I’m  doing  now,  let  me  know  if  you’d  like  to  learn  more  about  it.”  And  set  up  a   strategy  session.         6.   Connect  with  folks  that  might  want  to  offer  your  program  to  their  team  (ie:  Multi-­Level   Marketer’s  Down  Lines/Teams,  Corporate  Teams  or  Associations)     a.   Offer  to  do  a  free  training/teleclass  for  the  members  (a.k.a.  your  Speak-­to-­Sell  Talk)   b.   Offer  strategy  sessions     7.   Reach  out  to  local  organizations  to  get  speaking  gigs.    You  never  know  who  will  have  a   last  min  opening!    (Refer  to  the  7  Steps  to  Getting  Gigs  with  Stand  Out  Emails)   8.   Invite  key  people  in  your  life  that  sharing  your  work  may  lead  to  referrals  and   partnerships.  (i.e.  Mentors  past  or  current,  JV  or  affiliate  partners,  strategic  partners,  etc)   9.   Members  of  Sassy  –  JV,  Affiliate  or  gift  

FINAL THOUGHT:  If  you  do  discount  or  gift  somebody  into  your  program  make  sure   you  communicate  the  value  of  your  gift  and  set  boundaries  to  ensure  they  play  full  out.   “There  will  be  people  in  this  group  that  have  paid  a  significant  amount  to  be  there  and  they   will  be  playing  full  out.  I  need  your  commitment  that  you  will  do  the  same  by  showing  up  for   all  the  calls  and  doing  the  work.”
