FISHERS HIGH SCHOOL BOYS LACROSSE BOOSTER CLUB Article 1. Board of Directors. Article 1.1 Duties. The Board of Directors (Board) of the FBLB shall be the governing body and the legal trustee of all of the property of the FBLB. The duty of the Board is to set the policies and to supervise the affairs of the FBLB, and to formulate by-laws, rules, and regulations. The Board shall have all judicial and executive functions, and may perform all functions allowed by and not specifically prohibited by the By-Laws necessary to conduct the business of, and to serve the Purposes of FBLB.
