Tuesday, July 11 - Fishing Tournament, DOT Roundtables Fishing tournament begins at 6:00 AM – 20 spaces available DOT Roundtables Discussions 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Chapter Dinner Event 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday, July 12 - Meeting 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Displays 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Chapter Meeting 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Displays will be set up all day
Thursday, July 13 - Golf 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM Chapter Sponsored Breakfast 8:00 AM Shot Gun Start 4 Player Team Scramble (The committee will do the pairings unless a complete foursome is registered) Lunch to follow with awards and raffle.
Prizes: First Place Team, Last Place Honors Foursome, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt and Straightest Drive
Registration for display spaces and corporate sponsorships are on a separate form. Lunch for 1 person is included per purchased space. Please complete the fishing tournament, meeting attendance and golfing in the spaces below:
