H. 24045 BJ: Black/Blue Dot • Cut five 2½" strips. Use two strips to cut twenty-four 2½" squares.
A. 23757 EB: Ecru/Blue Scroll • Cut three 2½" strips.
I. 24045 E: Ecru/Black Dot • Cut five 1" strips. Sew together end to end with diagonal seams; press. From this, cut two 1" x 45" strips and two 1" x 57" strips.
B. 23872 B: Light Blue Diagonal Check • Cut eight 2" strips. Divide each strip into thirds to total twenty-four shorter strips.
J. 24045 J" Black/Ecru Dot • Cut six 2½" strips for binding.
C. 24039 B: Floral Blocks • Cut six blocks ¼" beyond printed motif area. Blocks should be approximately 10½" square including ¼" seam allowance.
Construction:
D. 24041 B: Large Floral • Subcut 2 strips into 5 1/2" x 55" and the remaining to 2 strips into 5 1/2" x 66"
1. Center and sew one (B) 2" strip to one side of a (C) block. Trim ends even with block. Repeat for other side of block. Center and sew one (B) 2" strip to the top and bottom of block. Trim ends even with block. Make six blocks.
E. 24043 B: Tiny Flower on Blue • Cut one 4½" strip; subcut six 4½" squares.
2. Center framed block and trim to 12½" square. Repeat to complete six blocks.
F. 24043 E: Tiny Flower on Ecru • Cut three 4½" strips; subcut twenty-four 4½" squares. G. 24044 E: Diagonal Stripe • Cut five 1½" strips. Sew together end to end with diagonal seams; press. From this, cut two 1½" x 44" strips and two 1½" x 56" strips.

Flora Bleu Chain Block – 12" Finished: 1. Sew one (A) 2½" strip to one (H) 2½" strip to create a strip set. Press toward the (H) strip. Repeat to make three strip sets. 2. Cut forty-eight 2½" segments from strip sets.
Make 6 6. Refer to quilt image to lay blocks into rows then sew together. Press seams toward the framed, panel blocks. Sew rows together and press. 7. Center and sew one (G) 1½" x 56" strip, one (I) 1" x 57" strip and one (D) 5½" x 66" strip to each other to create one side border unit. Press seams toward the (D) strip. Repeat.
Make 48 3. Sew two segments together to create a four-patch unit. Press. Repeat to make twenty-four units.
8. Center and sew one (G) 1½"x 44" strip, one (I) 1" x 45" strip and one (D) 5½" x 55" strip to each other to create one top/bottom border unit. Press seams toward the (G) strip. Repeat. 9. Center and sew one side border unit to side of quilt top beginning and ending stitching a generous ¼" from edge of quilt. Backstitch to hold seam. Repeat for other side. Then, repeat for top and bottom of quilt.

10. Close border corners with mitered seams. Trim seam to ½" and press open.
4. Draw a diagonal line on the back side of each (H) 2½" square. With right sides together, place one marked square in a corner of one (E) 4½" square. Sew on the line and trim seam to ¼". Press toward the resulting triangle. Repeat for remaining corners of (E) square. Repeat to make six square-in-a-square units.
Make 6 5. Refer to block image and lay four four-patch units, one square-in-a-square unit and four (F) 4½" squares into three rows. Sew units together into rows and press seams toward the (F) squares. Sew rows together and press to complete one chain block. Make 6 Block units.

Flora Bleu Finishing: 1. Prepare backing with horizontal seam/s. Press open. 2. Layer quilt top, batting and backing. Quilt as desired. 3. Trim layers even with quilt top. 4. Prepare binding using (J) 2½" strips. Sew binding to quilt using your preferred method.
