Am I required to get a FAN ID?
All booking must be requested via the online booking platform, holidaysbysaudia.com/ moscow. You can directly select a package for Moscow through the website or contact our Holidays Consultant at 9200033136.
Can I choose matches, hotels and dates of travel?
Yes, the Russian authorities require each traveler (including children) attending Russia matches to obtain a FAN ID prior to travel as a precondition for access to complimentary public transportation and stadium (along with the ticket). The FAN ID is an obligatory name card which must be issued for each ticket holder (including children). Saudia Holidays will be processing the application of your FAN IDs. This will be included in your Package.
Yes, we have provided different options of travel packages which include flight, hotel accommodation and match tickets with set dates within the tournament period. You will have the option to select from Category 1-3 for your match tickets.
Can we upgrade our flights?
Can I buy only part of the travel package? No, our Packages must include flights on SAUDIA Airlines, hotel accommodation and match tickets. Any additional services may be requested and our Holidays Consultant will provide you with a quotation.
Do you accept Group bookings? Yes, any bookings more than 9 pax is considered a group booking. For group bookings, you may book through our online booking platform holidaysbysaudia.com/moscow and fill out the online form. Our Holidays Consultant will contact you for more details.

Once confirmed, you will receive a booking reference number (PNR). You will then be responsible to manage all aspects of your air travel. You are permitted to upgrade your SAUDIA Airlines flights to a higher class of travel if available. Upgrade charges apply when doing so. Downgrading to a lower booking class is not permitted.
What happens if my flight is delayed or I miss my flight? It is the traveller’s responsibility to manage their flight reservation and to communicate directly with SAUDIA Airlines on any flight delays, cancellations or missed flights. Travellers must also be aware of all SAUDIA Airlines check-in requirements, baggage allowances and carry on restrictions. Unfortunately there are no allowances or refunds for any missed nights or matches due to delays, cancellations or missed flights.

What are my accommodation options in Russia?
When do I receive my match tickets?
We are providing multiple options for 3-star and 4-star properties. You will be given the option to choose your accommodation based on availability. In case the hotel you have selected is not available, we will provide you with an alternative accommodation at a similar level of hotel.
You will receive a match e-Voucher ticket upon booking confirmation. Official tickets will be made available 3 weeks prior to the match and you will receive an email from us on how and when to collect the match tickets.
Can I change my hotel accommodation? No, once you have confirmed your booking, you will no longer be allowed to change your booking.
Will my transfers from hotel to stadium be included? Yes, stadium transfer is included in your Package.

How many match tickets can I purchase when I buy my package? Each package purchased comes with one ticket, depending on the preferred match ticket category. Additional match tickets may be purchased but is subject for availability.
What type of match tickets are available? Saudia Holidays packages allows you to choose from Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3 tickets, subject to availability. However, you will not be given a seat assignment nor select preferred seat inside each category. Ticket allocations are as indicated in the official stadium plans and are subject to change.
