1. Determine the size of the needed Flying Geese. 2. Decide with fabric will be the geese and which fabric will be the sky. 3. Cutting Instructions: Geese Fabric - 1 lg. square that is 1 1/4 larger than your needed size ex. You need a block that is 2 1/2 x 4 1/2 You will cut a square that is 5 3/4 Sky Fabric - 4 squares that are 7/8 larger than your needed size ex. You need a block that is 2 1/2 x 4 1/2 You will cut four (4) squares that are 3 3/8 4. Sewing Instructions a. Lay the large square right side up. Place two of the four small squares right side down on opposite corners. b. Draw a line from corner to corner across the small squares. c. Stitch 1/4" on both sides of the line. Cut on the line. d. Press the seams to the dark. e. Lay one of the squares right side down on top to the covering the geese. Draw a line corner to corner and stitch on either side of the line, then cut on the line. f. Press the sky to the outside.
g. Repeat with the other side and last sky square. You will get four geese at a time.
