FOLD’N STITCH LEAF TOPPER, MORE FOLD’N STITCH FUN!
Supplies* (for class): Pattern, Fold’N Stitch Leaf Topper by Poorhouse Quilt Designs 3/8 yard fabric for Front 3/8 yard fabric for Back 8, 6” x 8.5” pieces for appliqué on leaf top (1/4 yard with left over) Fusible web, paper backed; 1/2 yard of 20” wide Fine line Sharpie and pencil Fusible foam, 1/2 yard of 20” wide Pressing sheet Wonder Clips, optional Purple Thang, point turner Sewing machine in good working order and skilled sewing knowledge with same machine (remember your power cords!) Practice your zig zag and tension Rotary mat (12” x 18” is fine), sharp rotary cutter, 6” x 12” ruler Threads to appliqué stitch on top of leaves Usual sewing supplies: 1/4” foot, open toe foot for zig-zag stitch, sewing machine needles, threads, scissors, pins… Before class: Read pattern directions. Subcut Front & Back fabrics into 6” x 8.5” rectangles Check off supplies as you pack up for a fun class!
