GRANDE YACHTS INTERNATIONAL SIGNS LONG TERM DEALER AGREEMENT WITH BELZONA MARINE PRODUCTS Annapolis, MD U.S.A. – Grande Yachts International announced they signed a long term agreement with Belzona Marine Products of Miami, Florida for the Chesapeake Bay and North Carolina Markets. Belzona Marine Products is a new, U.S. manufacturer of outboard boats offering two models in the 32’ range – a Center Console and a Walk Around. “We are very excited to partner with Belzona. They have a strong product offering that fits very well into our suite of products,” said Bryan Braley, President and Owner of Grande Yachts International. Belzona Marine Products holds a patent on an “Easy Opening Sliding Door” for both the port and starboard side, allowing easy access to the water as well as effortless boarding. Belzona’s 32’ Walk Around model features a full cabin including a separate head with a stall shower and galley. Belzona is executing their plan to expand their product offering currently working on new models 20’ to 30’ and expanding the portfolio above 32’. “Long term dealer agreements are not part of our business plan,” said Karl Boehler, Lead Designer for Belzona Marine Products, “but Grande Yachts made a significant commitment to our company and they are proving to be the type of dealer partners we want to associate our brand with.” Grande Yachts will represent Belzona Marine Products in their Mid-Atlantic locations of Annapolis, MD and Wilmington, NC initially. “We have assembled a great team to drive the Belzona brand throughout the Chesapeake Bay and North Carolina. This coupled with the support from the Belzona factory will be key to getting this brand launched properly in the marketplace,” Braley continued. Grande Yachts will debut the Belzona brand at the Baltimore Boat Show which opens January 23rd, 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center.
