Cleobury Mortimer is a vibrant market town with a population of 3,036 (2011 Census) and a range of services and facilities which include retail shops, public houses, primary and high schools, and medical facilities. The town is steeped in history dating back to the 12th Century and is centred on the refurbished Market Hall and an active High Street which has Conservation Area status and a number of listed buildings built in a Georgian and Tudor style.
