THE GRAND PAVILION Trackside
The Grand Pavilion is superbly located at the northern end of the racecourse with great views of the track and Sydney skyline. The two-storey state of the art facility boasts flexible pillar-free room options with operable walls, impressive sense of arrival, modern and stylish decor, convenient load in/out access, over 6300m2 of floor space, high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, amenities and electrical connectivity for large technical productions. Ideal for weddings, Level 2 of the facility is beautifully carpeted and features ample natural lighting, wrap around under cover balcony and can be divided into four smaller rooms.

THE DIRECTORS’ ROOM Level 3 of the J.R. Fleming Stand
The Directors’ Room is located on Level 3 of the J.R. Fleming Stand with northern aspects and views of the entire racecourse and Sydney skyline. Traditionally reserved for the Club’s Directors, the stylish room that could be divided into two, with its own bar, amenities and undercover tiered-seated balcony is available for private events such as dinners, cocktail parties, product launches and intimate gatherings.

Our latest offering, The Slipper Room is the ideal location for more intimate weddings featuring beautiful French glass walls with plenty of natural lighting and modern finishes.
